1. Shipping Overview

We are committed to delivering your AutoChlorinator™ safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your product arrives in excellent condition.

2. Processing Time

Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated delivery timeline provided at the time of purchase. You will receive email updates regarding your pre-order status and shipping timeline.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

3.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

3.2 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-21 business days
  • Other International: Please contact us for availability and rates

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your shipment

Please allow 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

5. Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes: Address changes can only be accommodated before the order ships. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address.

PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS shipping methods only. Expedited and express shipping options are not available for PO Box addresses.

6. Delivery Requirements

6.1 Signature Confirmation

High-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package.

6.2 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-send the package.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • High-volume shipping periods (holidays)
  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

8.1 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Look for a delivery notice or alternate delivery location
  3. Wait 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
  4. Contact us if the package does not arrive within 48 hours

We will file a claim with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a refund for confirmed lost packages.

8.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photos of the packaging and product
  2. Note any damage on the delivery receipt (if signing for delivery)
  3. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the damage
  4. Do not discard the damaged packaging until instructed

We will arrange for a replacement or refund for items damaged during shipping.

9. Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

10. Refill Chemical Shipments

Refill chemicals for your AutoChlorinator™ are subject to hazardous materials shipping regulations and may have additional shipping restrictions:

  • Ground shipping only (air shipping not available)
  • Cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
  • Some remote locations may not be serviceable
  • Additional hazmat shipping fees may apply

11. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday periods, we recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website and communicated via email.

Please note that carriers do not deliver on federal holidays, which may extend delivery times.

12. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are automatically insured for their full value at no additional cost to you. This insurance covers loss or damage during transit.
